A national Rapid Action Planning (RAP) event concentrating on arrangements for allied departments to pull patients from the Emergency Department without delay when they are referred to inpatient admissions.

In preparations for winter we are holding a variety of ‘Rapid Action Planning’ sessions to help Welsh Emergency Departments with their winter planning. The sessions will concentrate on a variety of areas including Triage, Escalation and Communications.
